Arlington's Dallin Museum Celebrates 20 Years
The Mass. Ave. art museum is hosting a free event this weekend to mark the occasion.

ARLINGTON, MA – The Dallin Art Museum in Arlington is turning 20 years old this month and hosting a free event to celebrate the milestone.
On Sunday, Oct. 21 from 2-4 p.m., the museum will unveil a new exhibit of Cyrus Dallin's paintings – some of which have not been publicly shown since they were exhibited in 1934 – and a portrait bust of Charles Lindbergh from 1927. The bust and one of the paintings, Rocks and Trees, were restored with the help of a grant from the Arlington Cultural Council, according to the museum.
The celebration is free and open to the public. Refreshments will be served.
