Boutique Hotel Proposed In Arlington

The planned four-story, 50-room hotel would include an "upscale" restaurant.

ARLINGTON, MA — A boutique hotel with an "upscale" restaurant has been proposed in Arlington. The planned four-story, 50-room complex would be located at the former site of the Disabled American Veterans social club and the still-open Precision Tire and Alignment in Arlington Heights, according to YourArlington.

The proposal was made by 1211 Mass. Ave. Realty Trust, headed by former member of the Board of Assessors and current Burlington appraiser/assistant assessor James F. Doherty.

The Redevelopment Board will hold a hearing Monday, July 22 at 7:30 p.m. in the second-floor conference room of the Town Hall Annex.
