Breadboard Bakery Gets License To Open In Arlington
The weekend specialty based out of a Brookline sandwich shop will have its own brick-and-mortar location on Broadway.

ARLINGTON, MA — A weekend bakery based out of a Brookline sandwich shop will soon have its own brick-and-mortar location in Arlington. Breadboard Bakery, which left Cutty's this summer after three years, received approval for a food license in Arlington Aug. 12.
Owner Daisy Chow's Kickstarter campaign to fund the remaining buildout costs and bakery equipment has exceeded its $20,000 goal. The bakery will be located at 203A&B Broadway, the former Commune Kitchen site in East Arlington.
Chow will be serving up her kolaches, wacky cake and cinnamon rolls at the new location, as well as her favorite creation – artisan bread made from local grains, baguettes and a number of different types of croissants. She will also have a small menu of sandwiches (on her homemade bread) as well as coffee.
