Armstrong Ambulance Service

Armstrong Ambulance is an emergency medical service that has been around for over 75 years. We respond to more than 50,000 emergency calls a year and deliver frontline EMS to 5 communities, plus secondary EMS to 10 communities within the Greater Boston Area.
We also provide non-emergent transportation for a large number of healthcare facilities and patients in our wide ranging service area. Last year alone we transported over 85,000 patients. Our customers can always count on quality customer service and on-time performance.
Armstrong regularly provides contracted coverage at major, large-scale special events and gatherings that may require medical assessment, treatment and transport. Partner events include Boston College Football, Boston College Campus Coverage, Boston University Campus Coverage and Northeastern University sporting events and other Boston and local college/university gatherings.
