After a visualization journey reinforced by the sound bath and a naturally occurring meditative occurs, it usually takes 5 minutes to gather normal mental faculties afterwards. I will be preparing the room using Reiki so that the space is intentionally energized, and resonating with healing, invigorating and uplifting frequencies to enhance the meditative state.
