Sculpture + Architecture Walking Tour: Cyrus Dallin and Arlington Center

Join us for a one-hour guided walking tour and learn the fascinating stories behind the public art, historic buildings, and Revolutionary Period commemorative sites in Arlington center. Highlights include the Paul Revere statue, Menotomy Hunter, and Robbins Memorial Flagstaff by Cyrus Dallin, as well as the Uncle Sam Memorial Statue, Soldiers & Sailors Monument, and the art deco Arlington Co-operative Bank. You will also experience Arlington250 commemorative sites like Riding Through History, a public art installation showcasing two life-sized painted horses; the Samuel Whittemore Memorial (America’s legendary folk hero); the Old Men of Menotomy wagon capture site, and more!

The tour starts in front of the Cyrus Dallin Art Museum at 611 Mass. Ave. in Arlington. Metered parking is available in the lot behind the building. Before or after your tour, we recommend that you take time to explore Arlington’s vibrant dining scene!
