Empowered Fitness and Hipstitch have partnered to create a unique family experience that blends movement, fitness, and hands-on arts & crafts. This event is designed to help families stay active, get creative, and learn a new skill!
Parents and children often experience fitness separately, but healthy habits are stronger when they're built as a family. Join us for a fun, interactive event designed to help families discover the joy of movement, creativity, and spending quality time together.
What to expect:
Family Fitness Session at Spy Pond Field from 2:00pm-2:50pm
Located at Wellington St &, Lombard Terrace, Arlington, MA 02476
Fun movement activities for parents and children
Simple exercises the whole family can enjoy together
Build confidence, healthy habits, and lasting memories
Take a quick walk over to Hipstitch for the craft portion of the event

Explore our new studio
Learn 2 basic hand sewing stitches
Make a summer themed hand sewing stuffie to take home at the end!
