This transformative workshop guides you through three shamanic journeys designed to help you meet your artist spirit, connect with an animal ally, and retrieve a creative power symbol. After journeying you will have the opportunity to create what you perceived through collage and painting.
No experience needed in art or journeying, just an open heart. Please bring a journal, a yoga mat to lie on, a sleep mask or scarf to cover your eyes, a blanket or anything else to keep you cozy and a little something to place on the altar. A canvass board, and art supplies will be provided.
