Got Stress Relief?? Grounding and empowering visualization followed by immersion into the vibrations of a Healing Sound Bath. Zen with Ben.

Join
us as we continue creating being present to power and peace with a
relaxing healing experience. Come shake off the stress. Reclaim your
peace. After a visualization journey reinforced by the sound bath and a
naturally occurring meditative state occurs, participants leave relaxed and
with more energy.

I will be preparing the room using Reiki so that the space is intentionally energized, and resonating with healing, invigorating and uplifting frequencies to enhance the meditative state. Participants report it is not the average sound bath experience. Treat yourself by taking advantage of the calming healing space. Currently the price is very affordable compared to similar events in the area.

Regent Theatre

Dennis Brennan Band Live
Celebrating Leland’s 25 Years at the Regent
“Rock, Blues, Roots—all around Soulful crooning backed by the baddest musicians around”
Celebrate Leland Stein’s 25 Years at the Regent with a fantastic night of music! The beloved (and original!) Dennis Brennan Band, featuring Duke Levine, Kevin Barry, Richard Gates, and Billy Beard will ignite the stage and raise the roof for over two hours of electrifying tunes–as they did for over a decade during their legendary residency at the Lizard Lounge.
Though incomparable in many ways, Dennis Brennan is Boston’s answer to the likes of Graham Parker, Bruce Springsteen, Leonard Cohen and Elvis Costello, and for good reason: His songwriting has earned him respect from both critics and fellow musicians with a voice that effortlessly navigates through classic country, R&B, jazz, rock, and blues. Whether you’re a long-time fan or new to his music, this is a night you won’t want to miss! Doors open at 8:15 PM and don’t expect to leave your seat until Midnight, so grab your friends and come enjoy a memorable evening filled with fantastic tunes and great vibes!
Acclaimed by Steve Morse–the sorely missed Boston Globe journalist and tireless supporter of the Boston Music Scene–Dennis formed the DBB in 1992 and started his solo career, quickly releasing two critically acclaimed recordings on Upstart Records, a division of Rounder. In 2000 he released “Rule #1” on ESCA Records which resulted in glowing reviews from The New Yorker, The Chicago Sun Times, The Boston Phoenix as well as other publications worldwide. These recordings showcase Brennan’s ability “to not just tip toes into genres, he strips naked and plunges right in.” Bill Holmes, AMPLIFIER.
*Reserved Seating limited to 175 tickets only for this special event.*

A two-day mask making and self-reflection workshop November 7 & 8 10AM - 1PM each day. What if you could hold your authentic self in your hands? In this two-day workshop, we'll mold plaster masks of our own faces, then decorate them to symbolically reveal the truest version of ourselves — the one often hidden beneath daily roles and expectations. Through guided meditation, journaling, and honest conversation, we'll explore what authenticity really means and what gets in the way of living it. We'll close with a heartfelt unveiling circle, where each person shares the story their mask tells. No art experience needed — just a willingness to look beneath the surface. Bring a journal or sketchbook. Cost - $94Note: Come prepared on day one to get messy. We will mold plaster of paris strips on our faces to create our mask base.
