Chairful Where You Sit Raises Money For APA For The Fifth Year In A Row

Chairful Where You Sit is a creative pop-up art installation, where local artists are encouraged to find orphaned chairs and reinvent them to raise money for Arlington Public Art. Artists pay $10 to register for the event and each artist can submit as many as three chairs. Each chair is sold for $100 and the proceeds go to Arlington Public Art.
Many of the chairs are submitted by children under 16, who work with their parents or an adult. The fundraiser is a fun way for families to work together creating art.
At the end of the event, the three most popular chairs win the People’s Choice Awards. http://news.acmi.tv
