I am a Geriatric Care Manager with expertise in providing guidance, advocacy, and support for adult children of older adults struggling with complicated issues related to the health, safety, life quality. As a licensed Occupational Therapist/ Social Worker, and a Certified Geriatric Care Manager I provide options and informed, creative solutions. My areas of expertise include dementia care and mental health.
For those caregiving from a distance, I can be the local go-to person to assess and monitor a client's needs and serve as a liaison between the medical team and the family.
I also provide Care Management for adults of all ages who are challenged or overwhelmed due to chronic or progressive illness.
