Cathy Zolner from Nourish to Flourish, Jim Agostino of PeopleFit and Patricia Burkhart of An Apple a Day Acupuncture will discuss how fitness, nutrition and alternative medicine can contribute to a vibrant life. During the break, attendees will be invited to try out the Library's new Wii programs. This program in the PLUGGED iN @ THE ROBBiNS series, targeted to 50+ adults, is made possible by a grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services, administered by the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners. Doors will open at 6:30pm for networking. The program will begin at 7:00pm.
