Boot camp classes offer a total body conditioning designed to jump-start your metabolism, increase your anaerobic threshold and sculpt your body. The program uses interval and circuit based workouts incorporating TRX® bands, Bosu® balls, and free weight body exercises.
If you are serious about getting in shape this year, new participants can sign up for a week of free boot camp classes in Arlington taught by Andrew Eppinger, a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and owner of Eppinger Fitness. Boot camp classes are a favorite of Eppinger, who also trains clients and squadrons at Hanscom Air Force Base.
Originally created as an army-style workout, boot camp classes are becoming a popular trend across the nation. Eppinger warns that you should not be intimidated by the name of the class but you should want a tough workout. He can provide modifications for all fitness levels.
