Boot camp classes offer a total body conditioning designed to jump-start your metabolism, increase your anaerobic threshold and sculpt your body. The program uses interval and circuit based workouts incorporating TRX® bands, Bosu® balls, and free weight body exercises.
New participants are eligible for a free week of classes. After the free trial, classes are $12 per class or $70 a month for unlimited classes. Eppinger Fitness accepts credit cards onsite or you can pay in advance on its website: www.eppingerfitness.com
All of the classes will be led by Andrew Eppinger, a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and owner of Eppinger Fitness.
