Give Me 5: Make Science and Technology Exciting

Join the Robbins Library and Group of committed volunteers for Give Me 5, an exciting two-session program to make Science and Technology exciting: become INSPIRED, CONNECT to local innovators / scientists, and EXPLORE hands-on science / creative thinking challenges. Friday, June 17 from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM and Saturday, June 18 from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Day One. Meet fascinating leaders in innovation, teaching, & academics and ask questions. Learn what inspires them, hear about projects they are working on. Day Two. How do Scientists / Innovators Think? Engage with Hitendra Patel, Managing Director of IXL. Work in teams in hands on creative thinking workshop. For youth in ages 10 through 18. The program is located in the Robbins Library, 700 Massachusetts Avenue, Arlington, MA in the community room (LLR on the elevator). Please register online today! Preregistration required.
