Ruth Libbey, mezzosoprano, and Daniel Padgett, pianist will give a recital of German Romantic and late Romantic songs at First Parish Unitarian Church, 630 Massachusetts Avenue, Arlington, on Saturday, July 21, at 7 pm. Based in Cambridge, they have also been heard in concert throughout New England and on the West Coast and are noted for the warmth and beauty of their performances. The program includes works of Brahms, Mahler and Strauss. Admission is gratis, and freewill offerings are also accepted.
