Workshop: Self-Care during Transitions

Transitions affect us on all levels—physical, mental, emotional, interpersonal, and spiritual. This 4-session June workshop will provide tools for maintaining or improving mental health while going through a transition, whether a relationship change; career loss or change; beginning or completing college; or a life-stage change, such as entering young adulthood or midlife. You will learn techniques to stay grounded, calm and centered during the transitions in your life.
