Flip the House Dance Party with Stanley and the Undercovers

Stanley and the Undercovers and Swing Left, Greater Boston, will host a Flip the House Dance Party on Saturday 10/20/18 from 7:30-11 pm, in Arlington Center. The Undercovers play music that makes you move, playing hits of the 1960s and 1970s, including the Beatles, Stones, Van Morrison, Credence, the Hollies, Motown, and more.

The event is located at Knights of Columbus, 15 Winslow St., Arlington, MA 02474, one block from Massachusetts Ave., in the heart of Arlington Center. There will be a cash bar, plenty of parking, and accessible by public transit.

Put on your dancing shoes and join the Dance Party and Rally t0 get out the vote (GOTV) for Maine’s 2nd Congressional district (ME-02) candidate Jared Golden, who is running in a very close race for the House of Representatives. Dance for change and to flip the House. There will be many opportunities to get involved, and sign up to canvass/knock on doors, phone bank, and be the change during the last weekend, November 3-6th.

All donations will benefit Swing Left candidate Jared Golden who is running in the Maine 2nd swing district.

After being deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan as a Marine, Jared wanted to run for public office to help veterans and his district. Jared was born and raised in Maine, married, and left college to join the Marines after 9/11. After receiving an honorable discharge, he was diagnosed with PTS. He struggled with the VA system and worked several jobs, while dealing with PTS to graduate from Bates College on VA benefits.
