Lorraine A. (Trubiano) Toppi, of Reading, formerly of Arlington, died after a long illness at her home on Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2013. Born in Somerville to the late Anthony and Iola (DiNozzi) Trubiano on April 10, 1944, she was 69.
For more than 20 years Lorraine worked in Administration at Tufts University in Medford. After her retirement, she went to work as a realtor for ReMax of Stoneham in Stoneham. She was a member of the Thursday Fortnightly Club.
She is survived by her beloved husband, William F. Toppi; two loving children, Dean Toppi and his wife Pamela of Rowley and Dionne Sutton and her husband Anthony of West Newbury; a brother, Robert Trubiano of Naples, Fla.; and five grandchildren, Allyson and Matthew Toppi, Elizabeth, William and Katherine Sutton.
Relatives and friends invited to attend visiting hours at the Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Chestnut St., Arlington, on Saturday, Nov. 30, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., followed by her funeral service in the funeral home at 1 p.m.
