Mattapan Man Arrested on Heroin Charges

A 27-year-old Mattapan man was arrested at about 4 a.m. Saturday on Mass. Ave. in Arlington and charged with possession to distribute a Class A drug (heroin).
Justin D. Davis, of Mattapan Street, Mattapan, was arrested after police allegedly found heroin in small plastic bags under his driver’s seat after a traffic stop.
An officer initially pulled over Davis on Mass. Ave. in East Arlington for speeding.
