New Eatery Planned For Arlington Center

A new applicant to open an eatery in Arlington Center will go before the Board of Selectmen Monday evening.

ARLINGTON, MA — A new noodle shop is in the works for an Arlington Center location. The application has been filed with the Arlington Board of Selectmen, and will be reviewed during Monday's meeting.

Noodle Market, backed by Ms. Juthamas Pornsuwattanakul, is applying for a Common Victualler license to open at 470-472 Massachusetts Ave. in Arlington Center. The application will be heard by the Board of Selectmen during Monday's meeting.

According to the application, the eatery will have seven employees and a seating capacity of 60. The total space covers 1,300 square feet.

The eatery's menu features various noodle dishes such as Pad Thai, Pad See-Ew, Drunken Noodle and more, as well as other asian-style dishes. The proposed restaurant hopes to be open daily from 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

The Selectmen will review the application. at 7:15 p.m. Monday.
