New Level 3 Sex Offender Registered In Arlington

ARLINGTON, MA — A new Level 3 sex offender is registered as living in Arlington, police said. Richard Bursey Jr., 60, lives at 27 Appleton St., Apt. A.

Bursey was convicted of two counts of indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of

age in 1991.

There are currently three Level 3 sex offenders living in Arlington and two working in town. Level 3 offenders are deemed the highest risk to reoffend. They are not wanted by police, and using this information to harass, discriminate against, or harm these individuals is against the law.
