Barbara M. (Sullivan) Carney, lifelong resident of Arlington, died peacefully Monday, Dec. 8, 2014, surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved wife of the late John “Jack” Carney. Loving mother of Kathleen Sullivan and her husband Richard of Framingham, Maureen Morey and her husband Robert of Woburn, Patricia Ahern and her husband Douglas of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida, Sheila Hunter and her late husband James of Hanson and Michael Carney of Arlington. Cherished grandmother of nine, great grandmother of 13, and great-great grandmother of one.

Visiting hours will be held from the Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Chestnut St., Route 60 (adjacent to St. Agnes Church), ARLINGTON, on Friday from 4-8 p.m. Funeral mass in St. Agnes Church on Saturday at 10 a.m. Burial in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Arlington.
