Obituary: Marjorie J. Smith, 80, of Arlington

Marjorie J. Smith, of Arlington, died Friday, Dec. 27, 2013. 

Loving and devoted companion of Bill Cormay of Weston. Daughter of the late Annie W. (Livingston) and Leroy C. Smith. Adoring second mother to Lydia Allen of Dana Point, Calif., and Carl Cormay of Groton. Loving sister of Leroy C. Jr. and Janis Smith of Somerville the late Lillian Keating and Beverly Hathaway. Devoted aunt of Lawrence and Barbara Keating of Wells, Maine, John and Marion Keating of Burlington and many other nieces and Nephews. 

A funeral home service will be held in the George L. Doherty Funeral Home, 855 Broadway, Powder House Square in Somerville, Friday morning at 9. Relatives and friends invited. Calling hours Thursday, 4-8 p.m. Interment Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Cambridge. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Marjorie’s memory to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, PO Box 1893 Memphis, TN 38101-9950 or to the charity of your choice.
