Obituary: Sabino 'Sam' Caputo, of Arlington

Sabino W. “Sam” Caputo, of Arlington, died at home on Sunday, Oct. 12, 2014. He was 87.

Beloved husband of 61 years to Marie (Maggio) Caputo. Loving father of Diane Caputo Castillo of Beverly and Richard Caputo and his wife Shelly of Salem, New Hampshire. Brother of Celia Eastman of Monterey, California, Jeanne C. White of Newtonville, the late Lil DiPaolo, Nancy Schena and Pat Caputo. Grandfather of Ashley N. Tousignant and her husband Robert of Pelham, New Hampshire, Joseph M. Caputo of Salem, New Hampshire, Kristyn S. Castillo of Miami, Joshua M. Caputo of Salem, New Hampshire, Jordan Douglas of Salem, New Hampshire, and Maya H. Tabrizi of Beverly. Also survived by one great grandson, Liam Thomas Tousignant.

Funeral from the Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Chestnut St., Route 60 (adjacent to St. Agnes Church), ARLINGTON, on Wednesday at 10 a.m. followed by his funeral Mass in St. Agnes Church, Arlington, at 11 a.m. Interment at Calvary Cemetery in Waltham. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. Visiting hours Tuesday, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.
