Obituary: Stephen Feeney, of Arlington

Stephen J. Feeney, of Arlington. Born in South Boston. Passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 15, peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family.

Beloved husband of the late Mary B. Feeney (Cooney). Loving father of Kathleen Casey and her husband Brian of Acton, Timothy Feeney and his wife Nancy or Arlington, James Feeney and his wife Angela of Rochester, Joseph Feeney and his wife Lucy of Middleburg, Florida, Stephen Feeney of Arlington and Mary Carway of Sligo, Ireland. Brother to Anne Claire of Virginia Beach, Virginia, and the late John (Blackie), Robert, Margaret (Peg), Eleanor, Lawrence (Bubba) and Barbara. Adored grandfather to 15 grandchildren of whom he treasured. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Late Korean Conflict Navy veteran.

Funeral from the Keefe Funeral Home, 5 Chestnut St., (Route 60, adjacent to St. Agnes Church), ARLINGTON, on Monday at 9 a.m. Funeral mass at Saint Agnes Church at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends invited. Visiting hours Sunday, 2-6 p.m. Burial in Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Arlington.
