ARLINGTON, MA — A pedestrian was seriously injured when she was hit by a car in Arlington Tuesday morning, police said. Emergency crews responded to Chestnut Street and Chestnut Terrace around 6:50 a.m. after an 81-year-old Arlington woman was hit by a 2017 Ford Explorer driven by a 48-year-old Saugus man, according to police. The driver of the SUV remained at the scene and spoke with investigators. The victim was hospitalized with potentially life-threatening injuries, police said. The investigation is being led by the Massachusetts State Police. <figure class="r-embed"></figure>

Beasts director Jonathan Russell will be joined by pianist Solon Gordon and bassoonist Meryl Summers in his compositional response to the dislocations and disruptions of our current moment called “We Reflect, We Grieve, We Rise.” 
After this, the Beasts present two more of Russell’s original compositions and close with a rousing rendition of the African American Spiritual and protest song “Down by the Riverside.”

<li>Maintain accurate, up to date records on trip sheets, consumer transportation forms, vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports, vehicle condition reports and other records that are requested.</li>

<li>Assist individuals in and out of the vehicle ensuring that all required safety equipment is utilized in the process of transporting consumers. This will include, but may not be limited to, operating ramps, lifts, and utilizing securement devices, as needed.</li>
