Police Break Up Teen House Party on Halloween Night
A few dozen teens were at the house with no parents, police said.

Police broke up a teen house party on Highland Avenue in Arlington on Halloween night.
An officer on patrol spotted about 20 teens outside the residence at about 10:20 p.m. Friday and then saw roughly 30-40 teens entering and exiting the home, according to the police report. When the officer approached the home, he heard someone yell, “Cops! Cops! Cops!” and the teens started fleeing.
The teen who was throwing the party told police her parents were out of the state. Police spoke with the teen’s mother on the phone and the mother said no guests were supposed to be in the house. The teen was later picked up by a family friend because of her intoxicated state, police said.
