Popular Arlington Center Business Moving to East Arlington

Derby Farm Flowers & Gardens is moving from Arlington Center to East Arlington’s Capitol Square next month.

A sign went up Wednesday in what will be the store’s new storefront at 218 Mass. Ave., the former Wings Over Arlington space, and owner Barbara Popolow, an East Arlington resident, confirmed the move Thursday.

The store, now at 454 Mass. Ave., has been in Arlington Center for 15 years; Popolow bought it in 2005.

Popolow said she will have sales at the Arlington Center location prior to the move to clear out some inventory.
