Updated: Power Down at Fire Department

6:15 p.m. 

The Arlington Fire Department is still working to restore power its East Arlington location. The Police Department is helping to field calls and there are no delays in service.

3:53 p.m. 

The headquarters is currently without power and landlines in the station are down. 

The Fire Department is currently in contact with the via two-way radios and cell phone, which are still working. 

The fire dispatch is located in the police station, so the police department handles all fire calls and fire emergencies will not be disrupted due to the power outage. In case of emergency, call 911 or the Arlington Police Department directly at (781) 643.4000.
