Restaurant Moving Into Former Arlington Center Froyo Space

ARLINGTON, MA – Three years after Yummys Frozen Yogurt closed up shop in Arlington Center, a new restaurant is moving into the space. Usushi Cafe will open on Mass. Ave. and is in the process of getting a food license, according to YourArlington. The restaurant has also submitted a menu and hours of operation with the board of selectmen.

According to the menu, dishes include sushi, makimono sashimi, soups and salads. The applicant, Ping Zheng, is listed as having a Quincy address.

Yummys closed in 2015 after about two years in Arlington, and the storefront has since been vacant, Boston Restaurant Talk reported. The address for Usushi Cafe is 474 Massachusetts Ave.
