Schwartz, Phillips Win Running with Friends 5K (Results)

The 3rd Annual Running with Friends 5K, put on by the Friends of the Arlington Council on Aging, drew 269 participants Sunday morning.

Runners left from , swung around and then ran past on their way back to the finish line at the .

Here are the top three male and female finishers:

Male

1. Zack Schwartz, 15:39
2. Frank Klemovitch, 17:21
3. Dave Hannon, 17:22

Female

1. Sarah Phillips, 20:46
2. Mayumi Kearns, 22:34
3. Elizabeth Paget, 22:55

And how about a shout-out to Arlington’s relatively-new town manager, Adam Chapdelaine, who placed an impressive 26th overall and eighth in his age group.
