Selectman to Make Good on Promise This Morning

Today is Monday, May 20. Here are five things you need to know.
1.) Selectman Joseph Curro Jr. will dress up as Clifford the Big Red Dog during story time at 10 a.m. this morning at the Robbins Library. Arlington’s director of libraries, Ryan Livergood, will don the same outfit at 10:30 a.m. Friday, June 21, at Somerville Public Library. The two are putting on the suit to honor their statements made during February’s library-card sign-up challenge, which Somerville won.
2.) The Long Island, N.Y., man arrested Friday in connection with the investigation into sexual-abuse allegations at the Arlington Boys & Girls Club will be arraigned today in Cambridge District Court in Medford, according to Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan. Read more.
