FRANKLIN, MA—The 10 teams competing for this year’s Super 8 tournament title were voted in Saturday by the MIAA Committee in Franklin.
BC High School took the top seed in this year’s tournament, followed by Pope Francis and Malden Catholic, St. John’s Prep, Burlington, and Austin Prep. Arlington, Reading, Central Catholic, and Hingham round out the top ten, and will compete in play-in games on Monday at the Chelmsford Forum.
Arlington is set to take on Hingham at 6 p.m. Monday, followed by Reading and Central Catholic at 8. The two teams will play for the last two seeds in the Super 8 tournament, which begins on March 6.
