Town Of Arlington: Host Community Agreements For Marijuana Establishments

The Select Board is now accepting applications for Host Community Agreements (HCA) for Marijuana Establishments in Arlington. Interested parties may download the Select Board's Host Community Agreement Process and Criteria Policy as well as the HCA Application. 

Complete applications are due to the Office of the Select Board no later than 12:00 Noon on Friday, October 29, 2021. After reviewing applications the Select Board will afford applicants the opportunity to make presentations at an open meeting of the Select Board.

Applicants are strongly advised to read the Select Board's Host Community Agreement Process & Criteria Policy prior to completing their applications.
