Town Of Arlington: Moderna Booster Clinics For 18+, Nov. 22, 30, And Dec. 6

All MA residents 18+ are eligible for a booster dose 6 months after their second Moderna vaccine. Arlington Health and Human Services is hosting Booster Clinics at Arlington Town Hall on the below dates. Parking is limited. Please enter through the Mass Ave entrance.

Monday, November 22, 10am-2pm
Tuesday, November 30, 10am-2pm
Monday, December 6, 10am-2pm

Pre-register at: www.tinyurl.com/BoostArl. Clinic is open to all those 18+ who received their first two COVID-19 doses at least six months ago. Be sure to respond "yes" to the age or occupation screening questions when registering. Remember to wear a short sleeve shirt to your appointment, the vaccinator will need to reach your upper arm.

60+ and need assistance registering? Call the Council on Aging at 781-316-3400. For all other questions, call the Arlington Health Department at 781-316-3170.
