Trick-or-Treating at Arlington Businesses Thursday Afternoon
The trick-or-treating will go on from 3-5 p.m.
For the first time, kids (10 and under) will be able to trick-or-treat at Arlington businesses, from 3-5 p.m. on Halloween, Thursday, Oct. 31.
Participating businesses will have a flyer in their window – and possibly balloons outside as well.
