Wanted Arlington Man Caught Fare Evading At T Stop: PD
Robert O'Brien, 49, had warrants for his arrest on charges of arson, breaking and entering and disorderly conduct.

ARLINGTON, MA — An Arlington man with warrants out for his arrest was caught fare evading at the Park Street T stop, according to Transit Police. Robert O'Brien, 49, was "piggybacking" behind a paying customer, police said.
Officers started to cite O'Brien and found he had warrants for his arrest out of Cambridge District Court on charges of arson, breaking and entering in the night time, disorderly conduct and motor vehicle violations, according to police.
He was arrested by the Transit Police Department.
