When Is Trick-or-Treating at Arlington Businesses?
See when the Arlington Chamber of Commerce's first-ever event will be held.
Arlington businesses will open up to young trick-or-treaters (10 and under) from 3-5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31 (aka Halloween).
Participating businesses will have a flyer in their windows – and possibly balloons outside as well.
