Woman Cited in 2015 Fatal Pedestrian Crash in Arlington
A Woburn woman has been cited in a fatal pedestrian crash that resulted in the death of a 91-year-old Arlington man in 2015.

ARLINGTON, MA—A Woburn woman has been cited in a fatal pedestrian crash that occurred in March of 2015, Arlington Police Chief Frederick Ryan announced Friday.

An un-named Woburn woman, 61, has been cited with motor vehicle homicide by negligent operation and failure to stop for a pedestrian in a crosswalk in connection with the death of 91-year-old William M. Dotson in March of 2015. The woman will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court at a later date.

Dotson was struck while walking in a crosswalk when he was struck by a vehicle. He had suffered very serious injuries and was taken to an area hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
The driver's identity will be released upon arraignment.
