Abundant Hope Pregnancy Resource Center Opens Doors
With the support of local agencies, including Seekonk's Knights of Columbus and Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Abundant Hope has opened its doors to the public.
The Abundant Hope Pregancy Resource Center opened its doors to the public Saturday with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
The founders of the new organization, located at 104 County St. in Attleboro, hope to be provide resources to all families that are having a baby, planned or unplanned. Some of those services include pregnancy counseling and testing and educational programs to include abstinence, parenting and adoption placement.
There will also be ministry support for those who need it post-abortion.

Darlene Howard, who is on the board of directors, explained the center was opened to give locals another choice besides Planned Parenthood, especially when they are faced with an unplanned pregnancy.
A number of supporters of the center were from the in Attleboro, Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Seekonk and the Seekonk Knights of Columbus.

The center is looking for donations for their free maternity and baby clothes store as well as racks to display clothes.
