Attleboro Whiz Kid: Joshua Didick
Young Attleboro resident poured lemonade to show love to a local family.
- Name: Joshua Didick, Jr.
- Age: 5
- School: Jack and Jill Preschool graduate
Initiator of the successful Kups for Kids Lemonade Stand, Joshua Didick not only poured cups of lemonade, but also poured immeasurable love to the Fernandes Family in memory of their daughter, Leah.
Fondly known as JJ, this future Studley elementary student wished in his heart that he could have a lemonade stand. With the help of many, JJ’s wish came true. This sweet, patient and hard working little boy worked with his closest friends to make Kups for Kids a remarkable success. His profits will be donated in memory of Leah Fernandes to Children’s Hospital in Boston. The fruition of his labor will aide lives and brighten futures of children in our midst.
“JJ is a loving and caring little boy with a heart and imagination bigger than his little 5 year old body”, shared JJ’s mother. “He is a hard worker, and when he puts his mind to something, he finishes and does a great job while doing it.”
