Beisel Scores Second Olympic Medal
Attleboro Bluefish Swim Club alumna Elizabeth Beisel wins the her second Olympic medal.

Elizabeth Beisel is coming back to the United States with two esteemed pieces of jewelry. The Attleboro Bluefish Swim Club alumna and North Kingstown resident won her second medal of the 2012 Summer Olympics in London on Friday, finishing third in the 200-meter backstroke.
Fellow American Missy Franklin, who was favored to win the event, took home the gold and set a new world record. Anastasia Zueva of Russia finished second. Beisel pulled into third in the last 50 meters of the race.
Beisel won a silver medal on the first full day of the Olympics when she placed second in the 400-meter individual medley.
