Dayspring Christian Academy Recognizes Students At Year-End Awards Assembly

Dayspring Christian Academy of Attleboro recently concluded its 2013-14 school year by acknowledging the achievements of dozens of its students during its annual Awards Chapel staged in the adjacent South Attleboro Assembly of God Church.

          In front of a huge crowd of schoolmates, family members and friends, students in grades 1 through 7 were honored for their academic and special accomplishments during the past school year. Kindergarten and Grade 8 students had been previously identified for their achievements during separate graduation ceremonies.

          Heading the list of top achievers were the students in each class who recorded the highest point averages this year. Those students included Toby Chan (Grade 1), Benjamin Strom (Grade 1), Diego Ferreira (Grade 2), Emma Leeuwenburgh (Grade 3), Abigail Champagne (Grade 4), Abigail Rajadurai (Grade 5), Christian Mayer (Grade 5), Anitha Koka (Grade 6) and Sarah Brouillard (Grade 7).

          Perfect Attendance awards were distributed to fifth-graders Praise Ekomwen, Daniel Nguyen and Kaziah Twumasi as well as sixth-graders Anitha Koka, Varnai Kesselly and Ronald Lima.

          Earning Christian Service Awards were Natalya Mandley, Andrew Joseph, Alexandra Wolanski, Joel Noel, Orli Juarez, Gabriel Mullings, Tayson Morales, Shriya Shukla and Williams Rollinson.

          Designated for special achievements in computer technology were Joel Paolucci, David DeBoef, Katelyn Messier, Jack Seitz, Ishaan Siwach, Tyler Nguyen, Christian Mayer, Ariana Hetu, Joseph Noel and Tatum Bisch.

          Accorded mention for assistance throughout the year during weekly chapel programs were Christina Stanford, Joshua Gravel and Robbie Delvental.
