Dayspring Christian Academy Students Bring ‘Annie’ to Life on Stage in Two-Night Production

Students at Dayspring Christian Academy of Attleboro enthralled large audiences this past weekend with their marvelous rendition of the musical “Annie” at the adjacent South Attleboro Assembly of God Church.

DCA students in grades 3 through 8 mesmerized audiences Friday night and Saturday afternoon with spectacular displays of showmanship, artistic talents and musical abilities. Both performances endured for an entertaining 75 minutes and earned well-deserved standing ovations for cast members and assistants at their conclusions.

“Annie” consisted of 13 scenes, with period scenery, sets, props and costumes and video clips of its movie version. Students had rehearsed for the April performances since January.
