Brow Art 23 is one of the newest boutiques to hit the beauty market. They provide a wide variety of beauty and skin care services, including threading, henna, eyelash extensions and permanent makeup. Brow Art 23 is scheduled to open in the end of September at Emerald Square Mall on Level 3 next to Victoria’s Secret.
Offering the latest updates to an American classic, French Fry Heaven has put a new spin on the iconic side dish. Inspired by gourmet fries sold in Amsterdam, the franchise sells original fries, or “Angels,” and sweet potato fries, or “Saints,” with the option of over 50 different kinds of sauces and spices.
