Emergency Repair Work Along I-95 in Attleboro

MassDOT announced on Tuesday afternoon that there will be emergency repair work along the bridge deck in Attleboro on Route 95 Southbound at North Avenue (between Exit 4 and 5).

“Due to the bridge work, I-95 at North Avenue will be restricted to two travel lanes at the bridge. The contractor is on site and is beginning full depth repairs. Work is expected to last through midnight. Messages will be displayed along the VMS boards to alert travelers,” said MassDOT.

“MassDOT encourages drivers to seek alternate routes to avoid delays. Drivers that must travel through the affected areas should allow for extra time and use caution while approaching and traveling through the work zone.”
