A Stress Reduction and Resiliency Program for Parents

Relax, Be Well: The Mind Body Connection...A Stress Reduction and Resiliency Program for Parents!  Stressed out and overwhelmed? This inspiring and informative workshop will provide a practical "tool kit" of self-care skills that parents can use to promote positive life changes. Participants will gain an understanding of the connection between stress and their health and well-being. Focus will be placed on teaching mind-body principles and practices that reduce the negative effects of stress, maximize health, and foster greater resiliency. Tips will be offered on how to integrate these techniques into the daily life of families with young children. Presenter: Beth Williamson-Ruse, CEIS Mind Body Medicine Practitioner  This program is sponsored by Families and Communicities Engaging (FACE), which is a program of PACE, INC. Child Care Works funded through the Dept. of Early Education and Care's Coordinated Family and Community Engagement Grant.  Dighton, Rehoboth, Seekonk and Swansea families of young children birth through eight years old are invited to attend this FREE workshop.     Location: Large Meeting Room
