Art Opening: On the Other Side of the Fence

This exhibition, The Other Side of the Fence, is part of the Big Read program, and is inspired by Mark Twain's "The Adventures of Tom Sawyer." Free and open to all. Runs through Sept. 24.

"The Other Side of the Fence" is an exhibition of creatively painted fence sections by local artists on behalf of over 30 community organizations in Attleboro. Artists' work will symbolize segments of the greater Attleboro community producing a virtual neighborhood. Poet Jamele Adams, Associate  Dean of Student Life of Brandeis University, will put his spin on Tom, Huck and companions in an original performance.
