CITY OF ATTLEBORO, MASSACHUSETTS INVITATION TO BID BOILER REPLACEMENT

The City of Attleboro is accepting seal bids for the REMOVAL OF EXISTING
BOILER AND INSTALLATION OF NEW BOILER @ THE OLD RICHARDSON
SCHOOL located at 95 Pine Street, Attleboro, MA. The Invitation for Bid may be
obtained in person at the Purchasing, City of Attleboro, 77 Park St., Attleboro, MA
02703 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, or
electronically by e-mail to purchasing@cityofattleboro.us. Bids will be received until
11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 3, 2011 in the Purchasing Office, and at that time
all bids will be publicly opened and read. Envelopes shall be sealed and plainly marked
BOILER REPLACEMENT @ 95 PINE STREET, Invitation for Bid. All bids must
remain in effect for forty-five (45) days Saturdays, Sundays and Legal Holidays
excluded. The City of Attleboro reserves the right to reject any bid or portion of a bid, to
waive any informalities in a bid and to award contract as shall be deemed in the best
interest of the City. Award of contract may be subject to the availability of funding.
